I’ve always struggled with my saggy arms and kili-kili fat because my body type tends to store my extra weight in those areas (yup, if you think you’re alone, well you’re not, hehe!). And so, ever since I can remember, I’ve always paid extra attention to putting in extra work to tone those areas every time I train.
