Before my life now as a fitness coach and entrepreneur, I spent almost 10 years in a corporate job which entailed sitting down working on my desk for very long periods of time (yup! I know what you girls feel!). As the years went by, all the sitting down definitely took its toll on my bums and hips and just like my waistline at the time, those areas started to get wider and saggier too (the horror!). I’m naturally pear shaped and the inactivity and poor diet during that time definitely did not help.
And so, with that, nowadays, I pay a lot of attention to working out my legs, butt, and hips! I still have a long way to go to get to the level of tone that I want but the constant work in those areas definitely helped lessen the appearance of my cellulite, amongst other things (hehe!). I’m more confident to wear tight fitting bottoms and the occasional bikini as well. 🙂
